• So i have everything set up … all the verifications work, even the Test Authorization goes through. When i go and use the “Sync to WordPress” its saying that it can’t find the SID for the User… its the same user i have used for all the other verifications

    ERROR SID of user ‘[email protected]’ could not be retrieved. Is the base DN correct? Does the userPrincipalName ‘[email protected]’ exist and not only its sAMAccountName?’
    [STATUS] Sync to WordPress failed.

    This haas to be a simple fix…

    most likely your base dn is not configured properly. NADI can not find the specific user and therefore can not determine if the user belongs to this Active Directory.
