• I an syncing AD to WordPress to update or original sync, which occurred in June. The log file indicates that there are 876 users; however, the sync stops before it is complete. After it gets to users who have a user name that begins with mh – the process stops. Is there a timeout period that I have to set?

  • Hello @cschmelzer,

please check your php.ini file for max_execution_time and increase it to 3600. NADI would do it itself but it seems like it is missing the permission to do so.

    Best regards

Thank you. I did increase the max_exeuction_time to 3600, and that didn’t do it. Then I increased it to 8000. The process still stopped before it was complete. It got a little farther, but not all the way. Is there a permission I have to set to ensure that it can increase the execution time itself? Thank you.

I increased the max_execution_time to 10000, and the sync is now successful; however, some domain users are not being synced.

We are use the ID:513 security group

We are using these environment variables:

    Domain controller: The IP address
    Port: 389
    Base DN: ou=corpusers,dc=corp,dc=e2open,dc=com

Based on our environment variables, do you see any issue that might prevent some users from being synced?

    Thank you.
