    I am adding new products on my website and I noticed that these new products were not going (sync) to facebook/instagram. I went to try a forced sync by woocommerce and facebook and it is giving error.
    I went to FTP and noticed that the .csv file is no longer updated by the plugin.

    Thanks for reaching out about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue with your products syncing, but I’ll be happy to help.

    As a starting point, could you please confirm that you are running the current version of the plugin – 2.1.4? Could you also tell me if these missing products are virtual products and if they have a stock set for them in WooCommerce?
