@lousha sorry for the delay in responding. If your sync process is stuck, I have a couple questions.
1. What version of the plugin are you currently using? As of this post date, we’re in 2.3, but will be releasing 2.3.1 this week which might solve this issue.
2. Do you have any errors in your plugin logs, or your Woo Fatal logs that might be of any help troubleshooting?
3. Have you tried adding &resync=1
to your URL while on the overview tab? There would be a force resync button that might be all you need to do.

5. Also – if you’re in a situation where your server might be getting blocked by Akamai ( Mailchimp’s API gateway service ) this would be a good troubleshooting method to see if your server can in fact communicate with the API correctly. https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/issues/441#issuecomment-519689563
