Sync product prices on installation – Tax rates not added in WooCommerce

thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help. It is very hard to help for something like this without having all the details of the site and I usually get this type of issue resolved by trial and error. What I usually do, is go to the onboarding process, get the error, go out of the process, make a change, go back to the onboarding process and see if the error/issue changed. Repeat this, until it works. However, it sounds like you have been doing this.

Hello @happytums

thank you for providing the system report. I could not find any known cause for this issue in it, so I would like to test the site for myself and link it to my own testing account. Do some testing of myself.
We do not test on live sites, so if you can create a staging site for me and open a private ticket to provide me access, I can review and see if I can isolate the cause of your issue.

If you agree to do so, please disconnect your Zettle account from the staging site, so we will be sure this will not affect your Zettle POS system.

Hello @happytums

as we further worked on this issue via our service desk I will add the conclusion of our investigation here and mark this as resolved.
The solution to your problem was to create a tax class and set this to 0% while turning on the taxes in WooCommerce. When you also set Zettle to 0% it will allow the products to sync to Zettle without any taxes included in the product prices.
