    After having trouble with Zettle/Woo not syncing, I came across some recent threads concerning the ATUM plugin.

    Same here! Fortunately, disabling ATUM resolved our issue.

    Do you expect to investigate these (known) issues on short notice? Otherwise, I will have to look at other stockmanagement options. Any suggestions?

    Hello Bram,

    we currently have to discuss this bug with the plugin owner and see if we can investigate such conflict. In the older thread you mentioned we were pending the merchant to engage us on our developers patform to further investigate the issue, but we did not hear back from them. Because of this the bug was never opened, but I have now opened the bug for my team to take a look at. This also because I received another thread this week here.

    First, I will need to do some further testing to see if we can reproduce this issue, so if you have any details that can help us do that, your input is appreciated.

    When I have any progress or expectations I will let you know

    Hello @vanrisp

    I have installed the plugin and see my products on the ATUM pages. However, I tried making changes to the stock on Zettle and see all changes in ATUM/WC reflected correctly.
    Can you tell me how this issue can be reproduced? What step am I not taking for the issue to occur?
