Sync parametres are OK but it does not sync the user

Hi,

I have two sites, one of them is a subdomain and I want to concider this subdomain site as my main site for the users sync.

I installed the plugin and set it and everything seems fine ??

When I add a user on the main site, the sub site create the token but do not create the user.
