Sync on Multisite gives old content

Hi, we’re working on a multisite where we will use WP Help to sync tutorials. I’ve created this section (see image: https://cl.ly/0a0U473Q282y) which I then sync to different sites within the multisite. When I do this however it pulls in old content. It’s always the same content and it doesn’t help to re-sync. (see image: https://cl.ly/3s203Z1d2G2K). Note the difference in the content on the “Get Started”, but also the different items in the menu.

It doesn’t update the content after a day either.
