Sync not working with Wp 5.7.2?

I successfully migrated products from Square to Woocommerce in April, doing a test run for a site launching next month. After a few hiccups, I got it working perfectly. Now, after keeping somewhat current with WordPress versions, the sync no longer works. I’ve disconnected and reconnected the Square account, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, and nothing has changed. Additionally, it doesn’t seem like my Settings changes are being saved – I keep changing “Would you like to synchronize your product on every product or Categories on Added , edit , update or delete event?” to “No” and when I save, it goes back to “Yes”. I have not yet tried to disable other plugins on the site yet, but almost everything that’s there was there when I successfully ran the sync the first time.
Please let me know if this is a known issue or something wrong with our setup! Thanks!
