Sync not working

    I have 2 product live on WordPress shop.
    (I have FB business account and a shop with no product)

    After the FB setup, making catalog, product sync.
    FB catalogs show nothing at all.
    Facebook business page no product showed.
    And nothing showed on log.

    Any advise would be appreciate, and the plugin would be perfect if work, thanks.

    Could you please check the import log under WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs >> wt-feed-upload if anything is logged.?

    Hello I am facing the same issue and no log unfortunately the accounts aren’t showing at all.. or the catalags that I am admin for. Is access to business account a must for syncing?

    Hi there, I have 21 items, but only 6 syncronized, done and redone 20 times…always same problem!

    Please check the logs under Facebook Catalog > Logs for failed items.
