    Hi Zettle,

    I’m trying to sync all my 800 products from the Woocommerce plugin to my Zettle product library, but the synchronization progress seems to be endless. The progress bar is exceeding (650.000 / 650.000).

    I’ve cancelled the progress earlier and restarted it. After that canceled it again and reinstalled the plugin but nothing seems to work.

    Can you please advise?

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    From the information you provided in your report, there is not much we can advise you, since it does not contain any logs or error messages.
    I have the experience that when the onboarding process gets stuck, a simple refresh of the page can often restart the process and make it continue where it got stuck. You might want to try that first.

    If that doesn’t help, I would advise you to first have a look in the logs of the plugin that you can find here: WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    If that doesn’t indicate any direct cause for the issue, I would like to have a look at the system report and the logs.
