Sync nnot working…

    Hi,

    Thanks for this amazing plugin.

    I have been using for some time. ow I get an issue and do not know how to solve it.

    I have run sync all sites. It says it has run but it looks like it is not renewing info. I got one site to understand what is going on. For this site I snc it and it says I have 2 themes to update. I have run the update for the themes both using wp-manager and also direct throu wp-admin.

    After sinc again wp-manager still shows these 2 themes need to be updated….

    It looks like it is happening to my other child sites too.

    How can I resolve it?

    I believe the last time we saw something similar there was an issue with the database. If you could open a support ticket the support team will be happy to take a look.
