Sync multilingual site with social network

  • Has anyone experience with synchronizing
    multi language site with social networks ?

    Of course, posts on each language version
    must be synchronized with this language account.

    E.g.

    site/es = with Facebook Spanish version only
    site/ja = with Facebook Japanese version

    The only way = to create Facebook account
    for each language ?

    Even so –
    is there any possibility to “split” posts by language
    and to sync with this language Facebook account ???
    By 1 plugin.
    Or only coding will help ?

    Different languages are in different directories
    https://site.com/posts – English,
    https://site.com/zh-hans/posts – Chinese

    Any help will be appreciated !
