• I’ve two suggestions and a seeking tips, suggestions for a “how do I..?”

It appears the plugin only uploads when “use windows azure..etc” is checked on WASWP settings page and only new media to added to Media Library when it’s active.
It does not upload or give the option to upload existing media upon install/activation or re-enabling ‘use azure’ checkbox.

If isn’t already, may I strongly suggest such a ‘sync’ option be implemented?

Ideally, the plugin would also offer ability to sync from Azure to WP, with option to copy media to WP.

Those two features seem like essential functionalities, and would make the plugin so much more useful.. elevating Azure storage to more viable option for many.

The media storage requirements for one of my WP installs is rather atypical/extreme.. I have 15k files, near 300 GB of video/audio to be served from the website. Obviously, it’s just not feasible to upload to Azure via WP, so will do by other means. So I need to register all that media on Azure Storage with WP Media library. I’ve seen a few plugins that register external media.. ftp’d files.. remote libraries. I have yet to dig too deep but one might be a good starting point(?)

Has anyone done the above or have suggestions/tips of what might be best way to approach this?

    Thanks!
