Sync items saying not synced

Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you are having trouble with syncing your products with Google Listings & Ads.

In order to try and troubleshoot this further, please navigate to this setting: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (making sure to replace?example.com?with your own domain).

Head to the product sync section at the bottom and click Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center

That will sync all your products to GMC, or it can return an error at the top of the page, if there is an error please let us know. If you can share a screenshot of the error, that would be great!

As a next step, kindly go ahead with temporarily disabling any plugin that is now active and has Google in its name, except Google Listings & Ads, and see if the syncing issue persists, or otherwise.

Can you please update Google Listings & Ads (as well as your theme and any other plugins that needs updating).

Then please try reconnecting to see if it solves the issue

• Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (switch example.com with your website’s URL)
• Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
• Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
• Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack (if applicable)
• Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

Please let us know how it goes.

All right, thanks for trying! Let’s keep troubleshooting this to figure out what is causing the issue ??

I understand you already deactivated some plugins and tried again, but have you deactivate them all (besides Woo and Google Listings & Ads)?

I suggest deactivating all plugins but Woo and GLA, switching to the Storefront theme and running the disconnect/connect steps again while the plugins are still deactivated.
If you want to take it one step forward, you can remove GLA and download it again to start fresh.

This way we can check if there’s any conflict causing the issue.
