Sync issue

    I have a zoom account with 4 users. eRoom detects all users but when I sync meetings I only get meetings for the main user. Is this normal? Any way to sync all users meetings?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    To do this Administrator needs to add the users in their Zoom account as a host, and it will be controlled through Zoom itself.

    These users will be added as Hosts, which means that they will be able to host and create their own meetings.

    Please note that you can add users in accordance with the Zoom Plans, so they will be active for the chosen plan. More information about Zoom pricing plans you can find here: https://zoom.us/pricing
