Sync Issue

– Could you provide the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
– Could you provide a screenshot of the Sync page in the plugin settings?
– If you go to the Logs tab and enable Debug logging, does anything crop up?

I am not sure if this is the correct way to report but I am also facing the same issue.

And this is a new setup for me so just one product and two orders are there but that is also syncing.

Thanks for following up with that information. I was able to take a look over things, and it appears that there are some upgrades needed before we’ll expect the plugin to sync properly.

First, the plugin requires at least MySQL version 5.6 or greater. I would recommend upgrading from 5.5.5. For reference, here are the server requirements set by WooCommerce: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/

Next, it appears the site is running version 2.6.1 of the WooCommerce plugin. The MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin is not designed for older versions of WooCommerce, and it’s recommended to be on the latest version of both plugins in order for things to sync properly. I would recommend upgrading there as well.
