    Hi,

    First of all thanks a lot for this great plugin.

    I created a news course on Moodle and I clicked sync to synchronize the new course on MooWoodle but then all the courses dissapeared. I have tried almost everything but right now the only solution I found was to duplicate the old service to create a new token, disable Synchronize Course Categories and then the courses sync but I cant click sync again, otherwise all the courses dissapear.

    I dont know what is going on, but I ahve spent weeks trying to fix this bug and this is the only solution I have found.

    Can you help me to fix this?

    Hi @ibions, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

    generally this happens if the plugin is not configured properly. Please do follow this doc https://dualcube.com/docs/moowoodle-set-up-guide/

    Thanks a lot for your reply.

    I was able to do it, but honestly it is not working properly. I had to create a new service, add a new token and disable the sync option for Categories and it worked. But I had to try 1000 times.

    Right now the automatic enrolment is also not working. The students get the email that they purchased the course, but the student is not enrolled and consequently they dont the get the usernme nor the pass.

    May it be the new version of WP?

    Any idea how to solve it?
