Sync is NOT working

I have used the plugin and Disqus for almost a year. Unfortunately I have noticed that comments are not in sync between WordPress and Disqus.

I have tried to fix the problem. At first I found out that “force https” in admin area is the cause of the problem. I have disabled it and I received notification that sync is working.

However it did NOT work. I have contacted the support, they asked for admin access and after checking my website I received the answer that there is no problem.

I check the website and the comments are not synced.

It used to be very good plugin and service, now I’m uninstalling because it’s not working as it used to work and as it should. I’m happy that I don’t have too many comments so I can sync everything manually.
