I have 2 different locations set up in square. One location is hardware. The other location is furniture and flooring. I have my sync set up for furniture and flooring only and woocommerce selected to have products synced from square to my website. Somehow the sync changed all the hardware location products to the furniture location. So nothing is scanning properly at the hardware location. This happened a couple months ago as well and we spent 16 hours having to move all the products back to the hardware location. Why is this happening?

Have you made any changes to the site recently? This could be adding or removing plugins or custom code, changing the theme, updating theme or plugins, changing settings, etc.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
