    Hello!

I got so excited when I learned about this plugin. But after installing it I found out the sync only works 1 way – from woocommerce to zettle. This is a huge bummer for me as I have thousands of products already on Zettle.

So I got to ask if this feature is at all planned or hopefully in progress? If it is, could you share a rough ETA?

    Hi @mrbeerheim,

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, we are working on this functionality.
For the launch of the plugin, the product sync works only from WooCommerce to Zettle. The product stock is synced in both ways though, so whenever a product is sold either in WooCommerce or Zettle, the stock will be reduced on the other side.
We are working to implement the product sync from Zettle to WooCommerce and it is planned for our first major feature update, but I can’t give an ETA yet.
We are early in the development, so it will take a bit more time, but this feature will come for sure.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

I too am I having problems getting stock levels from Zettle to WooCommerce to update. I have installed a new API key. When a cash sale is triggered in Zettle stock quantity is reduced in Zettle but not updated then in WooCommerce? Are you sure your plug-in and API key does this?

    Hello @designbooth

these issues are almost always caused by the mix of plugins on your WP site, not a system incident. The best course of action is to open a ticket with our service desk, so we can review your setup. The instruction to open such a ticket you can find here: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/how-to-request-support-via-widget-on-the-website

    Kind regards,
    Joost
