    Hi @viran1806,

I understand that sync stopped working unexpectedly and you get the above errors.

I see there is an error related to Jetpack Autoloader.

2022-06-15T21:35:01+00:00 CRITICAL require(): Failed opening required '/home/sites/13b/8/8c76e65222/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/src/Jobs/StartHook.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/sites/13b/8/8c76e65222/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-php-autoloader.php on line 90

The above might have happened due to a broken Jetpack connection.

Can you please disconnect & reconnect Jetpack to establish a fresh connection and see if the products are syncing correctly?

Also, Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us? You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Paste the result here in your reply.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi @viran1806,

As an addition to the above, please share along a screenshot of the Product Feed (tab) of the Google Listings & Ads extension. (Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Product Feed)

    Thank you!

    Hi.

after reading a previous thread I disconnected all accounts from google ads & listings plugin.

Completed the setup again and the sync is working correctly.
