Sync Errors

My facebook product sync is not working. I have looked through the forum and checked the FAQ.
I have products that have been deleted that are still showing, and products that have been in my catalog for a while and are not showing. I do not have two catalogs and they meet the requirements for a product. I have been trying to resolve this for hours can you please help?
