Sync does not work: There is not any user in the roles

    We are trying to sync our WP users to our sendinblue account. When we go to manually sync we get the error message: There is not any user in the roles.

    It does not seem to matter which role we select, we get the same There is not any user in the roles error. We have tried disabling all plugins except sendinblue. We have tried using the default Twenty TwentyTwo theme.

    CentOS
    php 8.0.26
    FPM application served by nginx
    MariaDB 10.9.4

    Hi @kylebravotangoca,

    Please take note that only opt-in contacts can be synced to your Sendinblue account. If the contact has consented to receive your mails, you might be able to sync him to your account.
    It is not a platform limitation, it is intentional to comply with the GPDR law.

    You can create a form from the plugin and add it on your websites. This way, you’ll get contacts that consented to receive your mails.
