Does WooCommerce customers does sync across a WordPress multisite network? We have different shops for different regions but our customers travel a lot and we need them to be able to access their customer account regardless of region/website in the multisite network. Is this possible and does it work? If not, how can I make this work?

    Hi @xibble

WooCommerce does not natively support customer synchronization across a WordPress multisite network. Each site within the network treats its users independently. However, there are plugins available that can help achieve this functionality. One such plugin is Multisite User Sync, which can synchronize user data across your network of sites.

You can also use the WooCommerce Multistore for syncing products, stock, orders and more between WooCommerce stores.

Alternatively, you may consider the WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export plugin. This allows you to export your customers from one site and import them into another. It could be a workaround if you’re looking to have the same customers across multiple sites.

You can also use the Woo Subscriptions extension, which could be beneficial for businesses like yours with customers who travel a lot. It allows you to create and manage products with recurring payments, which could provide a consistent and reliable revenue stream for your business.

Please let us know if you need more information or if there’s anything else we can assist you with. We’re here to help!
