    Hello,

I just wanted to inform you that since a few days, my uploads have not been transferred to Google Drive (worked flawless before).
After different unsuccessful attempts (renewing the authorization on Google Drive for UpdraftPlus), I managed to make this work by activating Expert Settings and checking “Using the server’s SSL certificates”.

Since you mention that we should contact you if this solution works so that you can check your certificats, I just wanted to flag this.

Otherwise many thanks for this plug-in which works well!

    Best regards,
    Andreas

    Hi,

Thank you. We will look into this. What version of UD are you running?

I am also having this problem.

On backup, I am getting a message: Have not yet obtained an access token from Google – you need to authorise or re-authorise your connection to Google Drive.

However, when I have re-authorized everything seems to go smoothing and the settings pages shows: You appear to be already authenticated

    WordPress Version 4.9.4
    UpdraftPlus Version 1.14.4

I did just try what the OP did… activating Expert Settings and checking “Using the server’s SSL certificates”… that did get things working again.
