Sync and Show not showing

I went ahead with opening the page at https://ensomovers.com/producto/pack-de-movilidad-isquios-hombros-y-pancake/, and it appears to be a bespoke description area in it.

To clarify, how are you counting the 5 thousand characters on your end?

thanks for your reply. To count the words I use the WordPress editor. When editing the document I open the left panel and select Outline. There, currently, it has 4959 Characters.

I just checked the product description, and I see it’s a long description, I checked with an online tool, and it counted fewer characters even: https://prnt.sc/P6vzhODISfzG, however, if I’m not mistaken you’re using Spectra for it. It’s possible that Facebook is picking up the base code as characters too rather than a simplified rendering of the text only.

Can you share more details about your page’s back end? Could you try creating a copy of your product that has a shorter description, considering this pre-rendering, to confirm this would be the case?

I am indeed using Spectra. I just did a copy, deleted the two longest sections and ended up with a description of 2449 characters. I published it and still no option to Sync and Show was available.

I have checked also products that are marked as Sync and Show in the Products tab of WooComerce.

If I access the edit page and scroll down to Product Data -> Facebook ->Sync with Facebook. The only available options there are Not Sync or Sync and Hide.

So it might seem that the problem is not that page only.

To summarize, there is a simple product, with its page created using?Spectra, where the Sync and Show option appears to not be among the available options. Am I missing something, so far?

I’m curious, what does the Facebook Product Sync area display currently (as exemplified here), for that product? Could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see?

Moreover, to clarify, is there an option to create a product at the site, utilizing the default product editor, or Spectra is always-on? If possible, could you go ahead with creating a product, with having a description of say 100 characters, for testing purposes?
