‘Sync and Show’ not available

Thanks for contacting Facebook for WooCommerce support!

They keep on reverting to ‘archived’ and I need to manually change them back to ‘active’ several times a week. When I go to change the synch status on the individual product listings in WordPress the ‘Sync and Show’ option is not available, only ‘Do Not Sync’ and ‘Sync and Hide’.

Can you please let us know the type of those products? You can check that by going to the product edit page and checking the Product data box as shown in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/dI2pnK

Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

Thanks for the clarification, and this seems to be the issue.

Currently, Facebook Commerce policies allow only for the sale of physical products, thus, virtual products will normally be hidden to avoid rejection by Facebook.

If the products are not virtual in nature, I would suggest unchecking the virtual option on the product edit page. Otherwise, if they remain virtual, you can keep selling them on your site only, but note that they will not show up on your Facebook shop.

Then why do some of them show up on my facebook shop and others don’t?

Can you send over the URLs to some of the products on your site that aren’t syncing to Facebook? Not the URLs to the edit product screen, but the URLs to the products on the front-end of the site.
