    How can I change the status of multiple products to “Sync and Show” at the same time, without having to open item by item?

    At the moment, there isn’t an option to bulk change the “Sync and Show” setting. That would need to be done for each prodct individually.

    why do some products come with “sync and show” and others come with “sync and hyde” by default?

    I couldn’t find a logic for this choice.

    I know it can be confusing but, without more information on your products, it can be difficult to say. Are you seeing differences between the products that “sync and show” and those that “sync and hide”? For example, are some variable products, bundled products?

    For instance, virtual products will be automatically hidden as they are not allowed by Facebook’s Commerce Policy.

    Let us know if you can find some pattern in the products, and we might be able to help you figure out why some of them “sync and show” while others “sync and hide.”
