Sync AD Groups with BuddyPress Groups

Hi, is it possible to sync Active Directory user groups with BuddyPress groups? For example, we want to set up a BuddyPress site that reflects a user’s AD authorization to access specific groups within BuddyPress. Ideally, we’d just bring in all of the same group names from AD.
