Sync Accounts with WordPress

Hi, I am using BuddyPress, and have it syncing accounts with WordPress, so whenever somebody registers with BuddyPress it creates a WordPress account. Currently I am using iThemes Exchange and it too syncs any account created during checkout with WordPress – so if somebody buys something, and creates an account during checkout, their info is added to BuddyPress (minus the Extended Profile info).
Is this possible with WooCommerce? If somebody creates an account with BuddyPress (which creates a WordPress account), can they use it during checkout with WooCommerce? And vice versa, if they create an account in WooCommerce, will it create an account for BuddyPress?
