I’ve installed the Symple Shortcodes plugin into the iFeature WordPress Theme which works beautifully.

I then installed your Responsive Contact Form and the Shortcodes stopped working. I haven’t even implemented the Contact Form yet and the Shortcodes don’t work.

What could be the source of this incompatibility? Your feedback is most welcome as I require the use of both functions.

    Thank you kindly in advance.

  • Im not affiliated with this author but have you tried disabling your symple shorcodes plugin, have you also submitted a support ticket over at their website https://www.wpexplorer.com/symple-shortcodes/ from reading about their plugin, they don’t offer much support, but suggest downloading an additional plugin to help load the shortcodes in widgetized areas, from what i can see they do not have a www.remarpro.com listing for this plugin making it hard to verify their code. There are other shortcode plugins on www.remarpro.com database, maybe try another one to see if you have an underlying problem with shortcodes or just a conflict of plugins. There is also a tone of shortcode plugins to purchase with support over at code canyon here is a couple that i have used https://codecanyon.net/item/styles-with-shortcodes-for-wordpress/142221 and https://codecanyon.net/item/shortcode-domination-css3-graphics-for-wordpress/2992389

    Hello cravecreative,

Please check that plugins are compatible with your wordpress version or not. If yes then,
Please check that js files in your plugin are included using wp_enqueue_script or not. Because using js files without wp_enqueue_script can cause such troubles.

    Regards,
