symbols like “?” in smartphones

sounds like missing unicode font on some smartphones

But I am checking it on many smartphones. The same problem. I tried to change Font families from the plugin options, unfortunately, no results.

what happens if you use the build-in gutenberg “code” block ?

both in gutenberg and classic editor problem is the same unfortunately

then it’s not an Enlighter issue
