Symbols instead of russian letters

  • Guys hi!
    I installed your great plugin (thank you btw for it), and started to put text into the widgets (in Page Builder menu). On my local site the text displayed normally, with russian letters and no problem.

    But if I want to put the tag <!–more–> (e.g) in “Text”-menu I see the next:
    (e.g)
    <p>Р?Р?Р?С?Р?С? С” Р?С?Р?Р?Р? … </p>

    That’s why I can’t put any tags there, because if I will, the text on my local site will displayed wrong (with those symbols).

    Please, help how to fix it.

    Version PB: 2.1.5
    All my Data Base in utf8_general_ci
