    Hello! First of all: your plugin is the best of its kind.

    I figured out the “silent” problem: when there are “extra” characters in the headers, ETOC is disabled. I understand your logic regarding Unicode, but I can’t call it correct. Most likely, you can not do without an additional wrapper so that the headers “understand” any characters. In particular, I sometimes add & or '. This breaks ETOC, it disappears. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Could it be easier? For example, can I add some code to my functions.php to handle any characters for ETOC?
