• Hello, I can’t find in Google any solution for this…

The problem is, in html source some symbols are converted to numbers. Instead of apostrophe there’s &#8217, instead of quotes – &#8220 and &#8221, instead of dash – &#8211.

In wordpress text editor and on website it is ok, it converts only in html. How can I fix it?

    Thank you.

  • What do you mean “in html source” – like View Source in your browser? You say it looks fine on the website and in the editor so what’s the issue? What browser are you using?

Yes, I see html numbers when I go to View Source in browser. I use Opera, but now I checked also in Firefox. I think it isn’t browser problem.

I want to repair it, because it’s not seo friendly. Google bots read html source so they see numbers.
