Sydney Pro ZIP FILE Download

I have purchased the Sydney PRO Theme on aThemes. Then I have followed their documentation how to install the PRO theme. But the file to download on their website is a folder and not a ZIP file. So I am not able to upload the theme into wordpress.

I tried to ZIP the file nut after upload it says that it is an incompatible file.

How should I procede.

P.S. I am working on a MAC
