    I am a WordPress beginner.

    theme;Sydney

    The position of the header title and menu bar change depending on the screen size.
    I add some codes on css for @media area for this, too. But it’s not working well.

    Could you tell me the following method?

    <PC screen>
    Header title is left aligned
    Menu bar is right aligned

    <Tablet, smartphone screen>you
    Header title is left-aligned or centered
    Menu bar is right aligned or centered
