After a messy couple of months with my current Subscription service, I’ve decided to switch over to another plugin. Your plugin seems to suit what I’m looking for but I have the dilemma of moving across my existing subscribers over without inconveniencing them, or losing them.
If I were to upload and activate this plugin, can I manually add my existing subscriber email addresses without them having to confirm their email addresses all over again.
I just want the transition to be as smooth as possible.
Also, I use a business email address (not domain email address) for all site notification services. Is this a problem for your plugin?

  • Hi Sarah,

Yes, you can add your email address.. also in this plugin u have option to import email address.. with this option u can bulk import your emails.

There is no restriction in the plugin, everything depends on your server.

Thank you so much! That really helps. I’ll start the switch over this coming week. Many thanks!

Hi, I have successfully uploaded the plugin and integrated all my existing subscribers across. Everything seems to be working fine at the moment.

My only question is: because I use a different mail address than my domain mail address, I’m wondering if there’s any way to hide the email address from the post notifications. I noticed in the Settings> Sender Of Notifications, it won’t allow me to leave the email box blank. I don’t want the email address to be visible when my subscribers receive new post notifications in their inbox.

Thank you so much again for your help. Great plugin so far.
