Hello, I temporarily switched to Twenty Twenty Three theme to try to isolate an issue I was experiencing.

When I did so, on the post where I had tickets, the ticket info disappeared. The ticket type, capacity, price and sku disappear. The fieldset goes to the default.

This should not happen since switching themes should only affect the front end styling, right?

How can this be fixed so that if we switch themes, we do not lose all our ticket info?

I should mention that on the FRONT END, the ticket info still appears. See screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cMgDX_1K53y

But if we want to edit the BACK END, it’s all gone blank like so: https://cloudup.com/cVeyrydZrd0

    Hi @joycegrace

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that you are facing an issue and I truly want to help. I have tried to replicate the error on my end but it seems to be working fine. However, I suggest that you try creating a ticket using the 2020 theme and then switch to the 2021 theme to see if the problem persists.

Let me know how it goes and we will take it from there.
