Switching placement of primary and secondary navigation

  • I can’t seem to find the answer anywhere. I’m wondering how I can edit the placement of the primary and secondary navigation in the header.

    From the top of the page down I have: Secondary Navigation, Hero Image, Primary Navigation, Content.

    And what I would like is: Primary Navigation, Hero Image, Secondary Navigation, Content.

    Is this possible? Can someone lead me in the right direction?
