Switching Payment Methods

    Just installed this plugin, configured and I’m trying to test out.

    When I try to switch between payment methods, when any method that is not default is selected, the fields are greyed out and a loading symbol appears.

    I have configured this multiple ways, always the same result.

    Things I have done:
    1. Disabled all plugins except GiveWP
    2. Set default theme to 2016

    Neither helped. Both of the above have been done separately and together.

  • Hi there,

    Just viewed the page you linked to and the payment gateways are switching without issue.

    You may need to clear the cache and do a hard reset on your browser to see the changes you made.

    Let me know if you can replicate this while re-enabling your theme and plugins. Once you’ve replicated this, send over what it was that brought this behavior back and we can take a closer look.
