    Calendar loads fine initially on page. But if I try to view future/past months, none of them load, and going back to the current month, the events do not show again. Any idea why this may be happening?

    Make sure you update to version 2.1.4 or up there was a endpoint ajax issues that was resolved in that version.

    FIXED: utilized wp_send_json() in ajax results
    FIXED: new endpoint ajax call loading other content and breaking the calendar

    Hi Ashan,

    Thanks for reply.

    The current version of the plugin is 2.6.8. But looking at the change log, this is greatly outdated. My client no longer has a license and is using the Premium version of the plugin (EventON, not Lite). Because of this I don’t believe I can update the plugin.

    I cloned the site to a staging domain, and attempted to swap out the Pro plugin for the Lite plugin, but I am still not having luck.

    I did the following:

    Deactivated Pro version
    Installed and Activated Lite version

    Is there documentation that you could provide so I can ensure I am moving from the Pro to the Lite version of the plugin correctly?

    Hello,

    Please try updating the full plugin first. Save EventON settings. Now disable it and install EventON Lite and enable it.

    Since you have the full version, could you go to https://helpdesk.ashanjay.com/ and create a new ticket with included login info, so we can take a look at the installation?
