Switching from WP-Rocket to WP-Optimize

I am switching from WP-Rocket to WP-Optimize. I turned on caching and am now getting this issue on the report from SEM RUSH. Does your program support CSS and JAVASCRIPT CACHING? Do I have to change any setting?
