Switching from RecipeSEO to ziplist

Hello, I would like to switch to this plug in from the RecipeSEO plugin. You mention in the description that this plugin is an extension of that one. I have installed it on my site, is there an integration or way to make this transition smoothly? I have about 100 recipes, so I would like to not have to manually add them all to the new plug in. Thanks!
