Switching From Godaddy to Pair

Hi, my organization has it’s domain registered on Godaddy, and hosted on its managed wordpress service. We’ve had issues with loading speed of the site as well as an getting HTTP error every single time we try to upload a picture.

We were given the opportunity to have our site hosted on someone else’s server. They have VPS hosting with pair.com. They were able to add our domain to their pair Networks Web hosting account. Now all that’s left to do is transfer our site, which is where I’m lost.

Any help will be appreciated.
