    I’m looking at this for a client, and was wondering if this was an option, or we just need to set up the events a specific way.

    Our need is we have a few events over the course of a few months same price and event just different dates. We want attendees to have the ability to switch to a different date if something conflicts later on. Tickets are purchased in Q1 and events are Q3/4. We’d like for this to be a hands off for us, as they’ll have already paid just changing to a new date. Ideally this would also update the attendance sheets for each.

    Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

    You can easily make recurring events with the same ticket variation and price with different dates. You don’t need to create redundant events one by one as the same events.

    But we are sorry to say that, we don’t have a ticket switching option. But we have a manual attendee adding option. So if anyone misses a date and wants to go on the next date then you have to refund or cancel that ticket from WooCommerce and have to make a new one from the manual attendee.
