    Hi,
I can not longer switch between visual mode and text mode on my site. It was working great and then it stopped working. I always use text mode so when I log in I can access text mode and make changes I need with that, but my writer uses visual mode and when she logs in the visual mode is broken. All the text is white and if you highlight the text it shows the html. The button to switch back and forth is still there, but if you try to click it it just remains frozen. I’ve searched other forums and troubleshooted by:

    deactivating all plugins
    switching back to default theme.
    Clearing catch
    Trying a different browser.

None of these solutions have solved the problem. I was thinking it was possibly a plugin, but I’ve ruled that out. The only other thing we did recently was make the site live. The development site was sitting in a folder in the root directory. When we were ready to go live we moved the files out to the main root directory and updated the database.. Not sure if this could have affected it? It seemed to stop working properly after this was done. I spoke to our hosting provider and they said that wouldn’t have caused the problem.

Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
