I’m having a somehow tricky problem with the editor. What happens:

    1. I open a Post editor, do some editing, click Update.
    2. I switch to the WYSIWYG editor.
    3. I switch back to the code editor…
    4. …and the code editor is placed bellow the WYSIWYG and nothing works.

It doesn’t break when I reload the page instead of clicking Update.

This is quite anoying, because it means I have to keep reloading the Post editor while I’m editing something.

    corvidism,

I am sorry for the delay in responding. I am not able to duplicate this issue at all. Can you see if there are JS errors in the console?

What versions of WP Editor/WordPress are you on?

I’m getting the same thing.. I think.
    My experience:

Loading post editor page in Visual mode:
    – Ok
    switch to Text-
    – Ok
    switch back to Visual-
    – Ok

Load post editor in Text Mode:
    – OK
    switch to Visual:
    – Bad, div.mce-edit-area.mce-container.mce-panel.mce-stack-layout-item has style padding-top:990px
    switch back to Text:
    – Really bad.. the textarea appears below the still visible visual view and visual tab remains active.

I tried it with new page with no content and didn’t see the 990px top-padding but still saw the mixed Visual/Text view when switching back to Text view.

    WP 4.3.1
    WP Editor 1.2.5.3
No JS errors at all in chrome dev console

    Hope that helps!

I experienced the same thing. WP 4.4.. using the divi theme but not the builder.
