    Hi Anders,

When switching from Baskerville 2.0.2 to 2.1.4, I lose the custom sidebar settings for each of my posts. I use a different custom sidebar set of widgets for many of my posts. Switching back, they return.

Is there a way to keep my custom sidebar settings when switching between themes?

Is this theme problem or a problem with the custom sidebar plugin?

    Many thanks,
    Jimmie

There may be a way to work around this by exporting the sidebar data from the widgets screen with the old theme active, modifying the data according to the parameters of the new theme and then importing it with the new theme active.

I’ve not looked at this in too much detail yet so I will report back if it can be done.

This is my error. I didn’t realise there were two versions of the theme or had forgotten. 2.1.4 is not an update over 2.0.3. So I have reverted back to 2.0.3. 2.1.4 is for wordpress.com hosted sites.
